With most of the major rock festivals a very expensive flight away, it's good to see Texas get back in the festival business (anyone remember Texas Jam?). It's definitely a road trip away (but look at it this way - no TSA body cavity search, and you won't need a rental car), but the new River City Rockfest in San Antonio is definitely worth the drive...
